Goods purchased directly from our official website: You can apply for returns within 7 days after receiving items, only if scarves are unused, original packages intact. Buyer takes return shipping cost.

TikTok‑live‑stream deposit is non‑refundable unless your selected scarf is out‑of‑stock. Finished products without quality issues cannot be returned.
3. Bulk‑Order & OEM Custom‑Made Items
Custom‑made scarves cannot be returned or refunded after production starts.
