Section 1 Eligibility to Use Our Website
1. You must be at least 18 years old to place orders on our site.
2. It is forbidden to purchase our scarves for illegal use. All users must abide by local copyright and import-export laws of their resident countries.
3. Any malicious network attack, virus transmission, or unauthorized crawling of our product data will result in order cancellation and permanent website access ban.
Section 2 Pricing & Payment Rules
1. All prices displayed on our website are final retail prices. Exclusive wholesale prices will be provided after you confirm your order quantity via WhatsApp.
2. We accept Credit Card, PayPal and Bank Transfer payments. For TikTok pre-order clients, a deposit is required before production arrangement.
3. We reserve the right to adjust product prices without prior notice due to raw fabric cost fluctuations and market changes.
Section 3 Order and Production Arrangement
1. All website retail orders will be shipped within 3–7 working days after full payment confirmation.
2. Bulk wholesale and OEM custom orders require 7–15 working days of production time after receiving full payment.
3. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled unless officially approved by our customer service team.

We deliver products worldwide via DHL, FedEx and reliable China dedicated logistics lines. Actual delivery time depends on local customs clearance progress and regional logistics efficiency.

1. In-stock retail items are eligible for return applications within 15 days after package delivery, with unused condition and original packaging intact.
2. Custom-made OEM goods and TikTok live-order deposits are non-refundable once production is initiated.

1. HISCARF is not responsible for shipping delays caused by international customs inspection, natural disasters, epidemic situations or local policy adjustments.
2. We try our best to display product photos and colors accurately. Minor color differences caused by different device screen displays will not be regarded as product quality problems.
3. Under no circumstances shall our maximum compensation amount exceed the actual payment amount of your order.
